The Canadian Heritage Information Network (CHIN) is a computer-based network that serves museums, libraries and other heritage institutions internationally. They supply access to over 20 databases, provide advice on information standards, explore and evaluate multimedia technologies, and offer specialized training in museum practices and Internet use.
